the adventure

You’re offshore in the deep blue, the coast of La Gomera in the distance, rod in hand, waiting. Then—boom! A blue marlin hits, peeling line off the reel in a screaming run. This is the fight you came for—pure power, speed, and chaos as you battle a fish that could top 800 pounds. Whether you land it or not, you’ll step off that boat with a story worth telling and the itch to do it all over again.

Your adventure begins the moment you land in Tenerife. We’ll be there to pick you up from the airport and get you to the ferry, where you’ll cross over to La Gomera—a small, untouched island in the Canaries known for world-class blue marlin fishing. You’ll be staying in a multi-bedroom apartment with ocean views, perfectly set up for relaxing after a day on the water. Everything is taken care of—just show up, fish hard, and enjoy the experience.

Mornings start with fresh coffee and espresso alongside the locals before heading to the marina, where your boat is already prepped and waiting. Just 30 minutes offshore, with land still in sight, you’ll set the lines and begin trolling for the legendary blue marlin. This is big-game fishing at its finest. It’s a waiting game, but when the strike happens, it’s all hands on deck—these fish can reach anywhere from 350 to 800 pounds, and every battle is a test of strength and endurance. Along the way, you’ll also have the chance to hook into yellowfin and bigeye tuna, which you can keep and bring home. The blue marlin, however, is catch and release.

After a full day on the water, it’s back to shore for a shower, a siesta, or maybe some pool time before dinner. Meals are all included, with a focus on fresh, local, and sustainable food—sometimes brought in, sometimes enjoyed at a local restaurant, depending on the group’s preference. Drinks, including Spanish beer and wine, are covered too. This trip is built for those who want an authentic, no-stress fishing experience with an English-speaking guide, incredible waters, and the chance to chase one of the most sought-after fish in the world.
