These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between The Unfiltered Traveler, LLC d/b/a The Unfiltered Outdoorsman (the "Company") and the Client/Participant. By submitting your booking deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth herein. If you do not agree, do not submit payment.

1. COMMUNICATION & CONTACT INFORMATION

Reservations are not accepted until independently confirmed by The Unfiltered Outdoorsman, LLC in writing.

2. PARTIES & INTERMEDIARY LABEL

2.1 This agreement is between The Unfiltered Traveler, LLC d/b/a The Unfiltered Outdoorsman ("The Company") and the Client/Participant.

2.2 The Company is acting as an intermediary between the Client/Participant and Adansonia Safaris and all other third-party suppliers, including but not limited to transportation providers, taxidermists, and excursion operators.

2.3 Third-party supplier policies supersede The Company's policies where applicable. The Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or defaults of any third-party supplier.

2.4 The Company will provide supplier terms and conditions upon request. By booking, you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review them. a Paragraph

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Pricing
Pricing is based on hunt package selection and will be confirmed in writing following your booking. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until deposit is received.

3.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: $1,000 USD per hunter - due at booking (non-refundable)

• $250 USD per observer - due at booking (non-refundable); one observer is included in the base package at no additional charge

• Final Balance: remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Spots are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.3 Late Payments
Failure to submit payment by the designated due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without prior notice. The Client/Participant agrees to be subject to the cancellation policy in such cases.

3.4 Additional Purchases
Additional purchases, including trophy fees for animals beyond those included in the package, taxidermy services, gratuities, and personal expenses, may be incurred and are paid in destination. Ground transportation to/from Johannesburg (JNB) is available at $450 USD and may be paid in advance or upon arrival.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Deposit

The $1,000 USD deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

4.2 Cancellations

• Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival: deposit forfeited; remaining balance refundable

• Cancellation within 90 days of arrival: all payments non-refundable

Personal financial hardship does NOT qualify as grounds for exception to this policy.

4.3 Transfer of Reservation

Participant substitutions are permitted up to 90 days prior to arrival, subject to approval by The Company and Adansonia Safaris. No transfers will be accepted after this date.

4.4 Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for early departure from the hunt. If a Client/Participant elects to leave the trip in progress, they are solely responsible for all costs incurred as a result of their departure.

4.5 Unused Components

No refunds will be made for unused or partially used accommodations, meals, activities, or any other trip components, regardless of the reason.

8. INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

5.1 Included in Package

• 7-10 days in South Africa's Limpopo Province

• Full lodging accommodations

• All meals throughout your stay

• All beverages, including alcoholic

• Daily maid service

• Impala trophy fee *Donation hunts only

• Licensed Professional Hunter and tracker

• Transportation during the hunt

• Skinning and field preparation of trophies

• Permits and licenses (excluding CITES permits)

5.2 NOT Included in Package

• International airfare to/from Johannesburg (JNB)

• One observer/non-hunter (additional observers subject to availability and fee) *Included for donation hunts

• Ground transportation to/from JNB

• Trophy fees for animals harvested beyond those included in the package

• Trophy fees for animals wounded and lost

• Taxidermy, dipping, crating, and shipping costs

• Trip protection (required - see Section 7)

• Gratuities

• Special permits, including CITES permits where applicable

• Accommodations before or after the hunt

• Personal expenses and incidentals

• Optional add-on activities and excursions

• Firearm rental

6. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

6.1 Physical Fitness

This hunt involves long days in the field, uneven terrain, exposure to wildlife, and remote bush conditions. Participants should be in good general health and physically capable of participating. Clients with medical concerns should consult their physician prior to booking.

6.2 Misrepresentation

Participants are responsible for accurately representing their physical fitness and health conditions at booking. Failure to disclose relevant limitations may result in removal from activities without refund.

6.3 Conduct

Disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate removal from the hunt without refund. The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and disorderly conduct.

6.4 Right to Refuse

The Company and Adansonia Safaris reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant whose conduct, health condition, or behavior may negatively impact the safety or experience of the group or violate applicable laws. No refund will be issued in such cases.

6.5 Zero Tolerance Policy

The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the hunt without refund:

• Discrimination, sexual harassment, or bullying on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic

• Drunkenness or disorderly conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other participants, guides, staff, or suppliers

• Possession or use of illegal controlled substances

• Violation of any applicable law, hunting regulation, or ethical hunting standard

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

7.1 Mandatory Requirement

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Coverage must be in place for the full duration of the trip, including all travel days.

7.2 Minimum Required Coverage

• Emergency Medical: minimum $200,000 USD

• Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation: minimum $500,000 USD

• Trip Cancellation & Interruption: recommended minimum coverage equal to total trip cost paid

7.3 Proof of Coverage

Participants must provide proof of valid travel insurance to The Company no later than the final payment due date. Failure to provide proof by this date may result in removal from the trip without refund.

7.4 Additional Coverage Recommended

Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage is not required but is strongly recommended. Baggage loss and delay coverage is also recommended.

7.5 No Refund Without Insurance

Participants who fail to maintain required coverage assume all financial risk. The Company is not responsible for any losses sustained as a result of inadequate or lapsed coverage.

8. FIREARMS, BOWS & EQUIPMENT

8.1 Firearms and Archery Equipment

Participants may bring firearms, bows, and arrows only if compliant with South African law and the laws of any neighboring country visited, and appropriate for the species pursued.

8.2 Permits and Importation

All firearm and archery equipment permits and approvals are the sole responsibility of the participant. Approval by South African Police Service, customs authorities, or other government agencies is not guaranteed.

8.3 Rental Equipment

Adansonia Safaris may provide firearms or archery equipment, subject to availability and additional costs.

8.4 Liability

The Company is not responsible for denied permits, confiscation, delays, or damage to equipment.

9. TAXIDERMY, EXPORT & CITES

9.1 Taxidermy Selection

Clients may elect to have taxidermy performed in South Africa or the United States.

9.2 Export Permits

Certain species require CITES or export permits. Issuance, timing, and approval are controlled by government authorities and cannot be guaranteed.

9.3 Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for delays, denials, or restrictions related to trophy export or import.

10. ACTIVITY-SPECIFIC RISK DISCLOSURES

The following activities are included in or available as add-ons to this hunt and carry inherent risks that the Client/Participant voluntarily assumes:

- Safari Hunting

Risks include but are not limited to: injury from firearms or archery equipment, exposure to dangerous game, falls or injury on uneven terrain, extreme temperatures, heat exhaustion, dehydration, and remote medical access limitations.

- Game Drives

Risks include falling, collision, being struck by objects while traveling on uneven terrain, injury from jolting or being thrown from a vehicle, exposure to extreme temperatures, and attack or injury by wildlife.

- Optional Add-On Activities

Additional activities and excursions may be available at an additional cost. Each carries its own inherent risks that will be disclosed prior to participation. The Company is not responsible for costs, injuries, or losses arising from participation in any optional activity.

By booking this hunt, the Client/Participant confirms they have reviewed the activity descriptions, selected a hunt appropriate for their physical abilities, and do not have any impairment that would present a safety risk during these activities.

11. PASSPORT, VISA & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

11.1 Passport Validity

All participants must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond their return date. Passports must also have a minimum of two blank pages for entry stamps.

11.2 Visa Responsibility

It is the participant's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all entry requirements for South Africa and any neighboring countries visited, including obtaining all required visas or permits.

11.3 Denied Boarding or Entry

The Company is not responsible for costs, losses, or disruptions arising from a participant being denied boarding or entry due to passport, visa, or documentation issues.

11.4 Resources

Participants are strongly encouraged to visit travel.state.gov for current entry requirements and travel advisories.

12. FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS

12.1 Arrival Airport

Participants must arrive at O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB), Johannesburg, South Africa.

12.2 Arrival Time

Arrivals before 4:00 PM South Africa time qualify for same-day ground pickup. Later arrivals require overnight accommodations at the client's expense.

12.3 Air Travel Responsibility

International airfare is not included. Participants are responsible for independently booking flights to and from JNB. The Company is not responsible for airline delays, missed connections, denied boarding, or schedule changes.

13. COVID-19 & COMMUNICABLE DISEASE

13.1 Assumption of Risk: The Traveler/Participant acknowledges that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, its variants, and other communicable or infectious diseases exists in any public place and during international travel. No precautions can eliminate this risk entirely.

13.2 Voluntary Participation: By booking this trip, the Traveler/Participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, including illness, injury, or death of themselves or others.

13.3 Entry Requirements: Vaccination, testing, or health documentation requirements for South Africa may change between booking and departure. Travelers are solely responsible for monitoring and complying with all destination entry requirements related to communicable disease.

13.4 No Refund: If a traveler is unable to travel due to a positive COVID-19 test, quarantine requirement, or related health restriction, the standard cancellation policy applies. No exceptions will be made. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for COVID-related cancellation.

13.5 Minor Children: For any minor child included in this reservation, the signing adult confirms they are the minor's legal guardian and authorized to waive and release claims on the minor's behalf related to communicable disease exposure.

13.6 Waiver: The Traveler/Participant agrees to release and hold harmless The Company from any and all claims arising out of or related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during the trip.

14. HEALTH, VACCINATIONS & MEDICAL

14.1 No vaccinations are currently required for U.S. citizens traveling to South Africa. However, certain vaccinations and medications (e.g., malaria prophylaxis) are strongly recommended. Participants should consult their physician prior to booking.

14.2 Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are responsible for disclosing these at the time of booking and consulting with their physician before travel.

14.3 The Advisor is not responsible for medical expenses, evacuation costs, or losses arising from illness, injury, or medical emergencies during the trip.

15. ITINERARY & SERVICE VARIANCE

15.1 The Company will make every reasonable effort to operate the hunt as described. However, The Company and Adansonia Safaris reserve the right to modify the itinerary, activities, accommodations, meals, or transportation as deemed necessary for safety, operational, or logistical reasons.

15.2 Activities and excursions are not guaranteed. They may be modified, limited in availability, or cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, wildlife conditions, or circumstances outside The Company's control.

15.3 Itinerary deviations do not entitle the client to price adjustments, credits, or refunds.

16. FORCE MAJEURE & GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS

16.1 The Company is not liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, border closures, firearm restrictions, or conservation authority decisions.

16.2 In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation, refunds will be limited to amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers. The Company will make every reasonable effort to recover funds on behalf of clients but cannot guarantee full or partial refunds where suppliers do not provide them.

16.3 Personal financial hardship does NOT qualify as a Force Majeure event.

17. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

The Company acts as an intermediary only and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Adansonia Safaris or any other third-party providers, including airlines, taxidermists, shipping agents, or excursion operators.

18. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

18.1 By participating in a safari hunt arranged by The Unfiltered Traveler, LLC d/b/a The Unfiltered Outdoorsman, participants grant The Company the irrevocable right and permission to use their image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs and video recordings taken during the hunt.

18.2 These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes on websites, social media, print materials, or other platforms, without compensation or additional approval.

18.3 Participants who wish not to be photographed must inform The Company in writing prior to departure.

19. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & HOLD HARMLESS

19.1 Assumption of Risk Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with this hunt, including safari hunting, game drives, wildlife encounters, firearms and archery use, and international travel.

19.2 Liability Waiver The Company and its representatives are not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, death, or property loss sustained during the hunt.

19.3 Hold Harmless The Client/Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Unfiltered Traveler, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims arising out of their participation in the hunt.

19.4 Third-Party Providers The Company is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Client/Participant acknowledges that The Unfiltered Outdoorsman's name, brand, logo, website content, hunt materials, and all associated intellectual property are owned by The Unfiltered Traveler, LLC. The Client/Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of The Company's intellectual property without written permission.

21. GENERAL CONDITIONS

21.1 Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

21.2 Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior representations, oral or written.

21.3 Modification

This agreement may not be modified except by written amendment signed by both parties.

21.4 Severability

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21.5 Age Confirmation

By submitting payment, the Client/Participant confirms they are at least 18 years of age, or that a parent/legal guardian is completing this agreement on their behalf.

21.6 Non-Disparagement

The Client/Participant agrees not to publicly disparage The Unfiltered Outdoorsman or its representatives regarding services covered by this agreement, including on social media.

21.7 Attorney Fees

In the event of any legal action to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

21.8 Electronic Signatures

Electronic and digital signatures are accepted as originals. This agreement may be executed in counterparts.

21.9 Duty to Cooperate

Both parties agree to act in good faith and cooperate in compliance with all terms of this agreement.

23. BINDING ARBITRATION

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL, UPON ELECTION BY EITHER PARTY, BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, THE TRAVELER/PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with their rules. Proceedings will take place in Texas unless otherwise agreed by both parties
