You’ve hunted the local terrain. You’ve tracked the big ones in your own backyard. But now? You want more.
You want a challenge that stirs something deeper. You want wild, unfiltered, authentic Africa.
This is not a vacation. It’s not a photo op. This is real hunting—raw, immersive, and fiercely unforgettable.
Whether you’re going for dangerous game or plains game animals, this is for you.
You won’t walk this path alone
Your hunt will be led by certified Professional Hunters (PHs) with decades of experience and local trackers with an unmatched knowledge of the terrain.
You’ll stay in private lodges designed for serious hunter - no fluff, no tourist traps. Think chef-prepared meals, campfire debriefs, and the kind of camaraderie that only forms after a long day in the bush.

You’ll come back experienced, won’t need to say much—your presence will carry the story. You’ll sit around a fire and nod when someone says, “I’ve always wanted to hunt in Africa.” Because you’ll know what that means.
You’ll remember the dust in your lungs, the silence before the shot, the eyes of a crocodile locked on yours and you’ll know you did something less than 1% of hunters will ever do. This isn’t just a memory. It’s part of you now.

We’ll work closely with you to align your hunting goals with the best possible timing.

Yes. We follow strict protocols, and every guide is trained in field safety and emergency response. You’ll never hunt without expert supervision and planning.
Life happens, and we get it. If you need to cancel, we’ll do our best to make it easy on you. Before your final payment is due: You can roll your deposit forward to next year’s hunt, or (if space allows) shift your dates within the same season. After your final payment is made: You can move your funds to a new date, but please note refunds aren’t available once final payment has been received.
No hunt comes with a guarantee. You could spend days in the field and choose not to take a shot, or never get the right opportunity. What we can promise is that you’ll see plenty of game, and your outfitter will do everything possible to put you in the best position for a successful hunt. The final outcome always comes down to conditions in the field and your own decisions behind the rifle.
Each room has two full beds, and most guests share a room with one other person. If you’d prefer your own room, that can sometimes be arranged depending on the week and the size of your group.
That’s up to you. Each hunt is custom-tailored to your preferences, whether you want a solo experience or to join a group. Your outfitter will make sure the guide-to-hunter ratio is right for both safety and a successful hunt.
Yes. Depending on your arrival time, you’ll either be met at the airport or picked up from your pre-night stay accommodations.
It’s up to you. If you have a gun you love, you can bring it — just make sure it’s the right caliber for the hunt. Using your own gun means you’re familiar with it and can be ready once you arrive, but it also adds paperwork and extra steps at airports and customs. If you’d rather travel light, the outfitter can provide rifles for most hunts. Both options work; it’s all about what’s best for you.
Yes. Bow hunting is fully supported, and our PHs are highly experienced.
Some species require special permits, others don’t. The outfitter handles all of that for you, including processing and fees when needed, so you won’t have to worry about the paperwork.
Absolutely. Non-hunting guests are welcome and can enjoy game drives, cultural outings, or just relaxing at the lodge while you’re in the field.
In South Africa, a Professional Hunter is a licensed, highly trained guide who’s certified to lead hunts. They’ve completed government-approved training in tracking, ecology, firearm safety, and wildlife laws, and hold the required permits. We only work with qualified professionals matched to the type of hunt you’re on.
The meat never goes to waste. It’s used to feed the lodge and staff, and in many cases sold or shared with local communities. This not only supports sustainability but also ensures your hunt benefits the people who live there.
That’s your choice. If you have a trusted taxidermist in the U.S. who works with exotic animals, it can make sense to stick with them. South Africa also has excellent taxidermists, and we have strong local connections. Many hunters, including ourselves, choose to have their animals mounted in South Africa.
Taxidermy costs can vary quite a bit. The final price depends on the size of your animal, the type of mount you choose, and additional expenses like shipping, crating, and fees.
As a general guideline, most mounts fall in the $500–$1,000 range, but exact costs can only be determined once your animals are harvested. A good rule of thumb is to check with your local taxidermy shop before you travel and bring those prices with you—this makes it easier to compare options once you’re in South Africa.
